This is a very well-made griddle. Solid. Handles stay cool. Hasn’t warped (unlike cheap aluminum griddles we had before). We especially like the deep sides. Great for making fajitas without losing anything over the sides. No problems with sticking either and it’s huge! Highly recommended.
